Unknown:

Welcome back to the consciously unbecoming podcast where we take a look at all of the beliefs that we have been force fed our entire lives. And we decide which ones do we want to keep, and which ones do we need to kick to the curb, and they gots to go. I am Jess Vogelpohl, your co host, and meet my lovely co host, Lauren. Hello, everybody. Happy to be here. Still feel so good to say that. So last, the last episode that we chatted about it was it was so fun, because I just told Lauren that they are getting messages from people saying that's exactly what I needed to hear. That was just that really hit me I had tears in my eyes, I felt like I had been seen and heard for the first time. And it just reminded me that if there's something that you want to hear us talk more about message us on on Instagram at consciously unbecoming. Because we want this to be about you just as much as it is about our healing. Like, let's all collectively heal together. So you had any? Yeah, you agree with that, Lauren? Yeah, I'd love I mean, that's what makes these things good, right? Like we want to talk about, we want to support our listeners. So whatever you're going through, let us know. And we can talk about it and hopefully support you and give you the tools. Or at least, you know, feeling like you're not the only one who's dealt with it or dealing with it. And we can share our experiences. Yeah, and the so our last episode, we talked about conscious parenting that that's actually coming out today or drop this morning. And it's just interesting, because that right there, that concept was something that somebody on maybe on social media or whatever gave to you. And we just added it to our list. And so that's how we find good topics. But let's dig in today. So Lauren, I'm gonna let you take the lead on this one, because this is really your cup of tea and something that I'm definitely working on in my mentorship with you. So what's kind of cool is what we're going to talk about, I don't know a lot about so a lot of the questions that I have are going to be coming from this place of just of just under not understanding or being introduced to it for the first time, just like all of you listeners. So take it away girlfriend. Yeah, so this is going to be kind of like a compound topic. We're going to be talking about soul retrieval today, what that is, who needs it, how it happens. And then journey work, which is how you can retrieve those parts of yourself will in my lineage anyways, it's one of the tools in which you can use and then altered state of consciousness, which is kind of like a broader view or a broader look at journey work and working with healing yourself on a mental, emotional, and then physical level. So yeah, that's what we're gonna be talking about today. And that's cool. And tell everyone why it's important to kind of focus on those I know, we've talked about this on an earlier episode, but why it's important to kind of make sure that those four bodies of energy are in harmony with one another. Right? Well, because everything affects everything else. Right. So it most of the disease and dysfunction in the body is due to something that happened on an energetic or emotional level first, and then because we didn't deal with it, or completely process it through properly, we eventually begin to have somatic symptoms in the physical body. And then that's where we start to have you know, physical pain, disease, and other just issues. And it's because our other bodies aren't in harmony. There's something that we're holding either a heavy energy and emotion a traumatic event that we haven't fully processed either physically or emotionally yet, that then manifests as something wrong in the body so that we can pay attention to it kind of get our attention deal with it, and then most of the time, it will go away. Yeah, well, and, and, and those four bodies go through it, you're better at naming them than I am every time. Man, you're getting me right now. Okay, I know. There's the physical body, that's the food body. It's made up of what we eat. Right? And then we have the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body. Yeah, I think what's what's interesting about this is you think to yourself, well, what can I just heal physically that isn't also emotionally and mentally and spirit, you know? So it's all like that right there shows you just how intertwined it is. And it's so interesting that our body if you have pain somewhere in your body, you're holding pain somewhere, where if you just you know, do a quick Google search, what's the spiritual meaning of pain in my knee or pain in my shoulder? It's amazing what you're going to find how you can hear all these different things, but just then how to interconnected so yeah, okay, well take us away on on where we should begin with all your fun stuff today. Yes, so I think we should start with Just talking about, like what Soul Retrieval is and why someone like me would do something like that, or why you would want to learn how to do it for yourself. So Soul Retrieval is a technique or a tool in which you can kind of get into your subconscious mind and find parts of yourself parts of your personality parts of your consciousness that you have stuck in the shadows, right or has been taken from you, maybe during a traumatic event. But so in psychology, we call this disassociation. Right. So in certain traumatic events, you can certain parts of your consciousness can disassociate from that extreme moment, because you don't have the tools, or you don't have the ability to fully process that. And if you did, it would overwhelm your nervous system, and you may die or have a psychotic break. So what happens on an energetic level is a piece of your soul leaves or a piece of your consciousness, we either put it far away in our unconscious, so we no longer have access to it, or it goes somewhere else in the spiritual sense, right. But so a soul retrieval is when someone like me or once you're taught you kind of move yourself into a self hypnosis or go on a shamanic journey, or move into an altered state of consciousness, where you're able to get past the thinking mind and get into the sub and unconscious parts of your consciousness so that you can find out what it is that you haven't dealt with yet, or what it is that that aspect of your consciousness needs to come back, or what you need to start doing in order to be able to hold that part of your consciousness, your soul or your content, your, your personality. Hmm. And you know what really comes to mind as you say this, because I know I get this is a new concept. If these are new words that you're hearing this might seem like really out there. And I get that some of the stuff that Lauren and I have talked about, if you would have even brought to me even sit, let's say a year ago, I would have thought you were batshit crazy. But it just really what's what's fascinating is when we open our minds to at the end, we see how we see things through the lens of what's going to make it comfortable for us to begin to open our mind. For example, for me, that comes in the form of science. Now, I definitely believe science and spirituality, they're the same thing. They just speak in a different language, like, like you've mentioned before. And so the first thing that I think of is of EMDR therapy, of trauma therapy, so basically everything that you're saying, while you're interchanging the words to fit more of a spiritual vernacular, they we I've done this in a scientific controlled experience with a licensed therapist. So what's interesting to me is, it's just a different modality. And not one is better than the other. Frankly, I think both are great. Like do them all. Yeah, I think you need both, I think Yeah. And it's about finding the harmony of, you know, balance and harmony. There's a difference. Balance means 5050, which 5050 is not always going to be good for everyone, right? Especially with your how we're all so unique. And we have our own unique experiences and the way that we process things and the way that we integrate things. So balance isn't the right word. You have to find harmony in how much therapy do you need? How much counseling do you need? How much mentorship do you need? And how much Somatic Experiencing do you need? How much spiritual practice do you need? How much belief and inner knowing do you need and finding a happy medium for yourself? And it's true, like I said, I think in a previous episode, while I was going through my training, my formal shamanic training through my lineage, I was also going to school for psychology to become a therapist. Right? So they are they do go hand in hand. And I'm kind of using the words interchangeably just because I've been talking about it for so long, but I no longer make the distinction because it just kind of takes a lot of time. And also I'm throwing a lot of high level like deep stuff very quickly without a whole lot of introduction. So I five years ago, like I'm not even sure I believe in this. But I've had enough of my own personal experiences and I've worked with enough clients who have given me testimonial after testimonial of like this has changed my life. I felt different. I was able to see the difference. I was able to see how this affected me before and after. With enough people that I don't question it anymore. I just it's worked enough times for me to know the proof is in the pudding. Go I go a little bit deeper with that because I would love for you to kind of tell a story to illustrate what you're talking about. With with Some of these testimonials or these, I would say, in a sense case study of what was that objective? And then what happened? What was the result? Right. So, um, let's see, let me see if I can get specific. So when I do a soul retrieval for a person, usually they're coming to me because they're dealing with a certain thing going on in their life, anxiety, or depression, or feeling stuck in some area of their life feeling unable to move forward, not being able to let something go, those types of things, right. And so, one specific client was self diagnosed multiple personality disorder, clinically diagnosed with depression, anxiety, bipolar. And these are all symptoms of trauma, right? That we have over time labeled, and that we can put into specific boxes, this is a plus, and this is a minus everything is is good and bad, everything is medicine, and everything can be poisoned, right. So having these diagnosis is helpful for someone to understand maybe why they're going through something. But oftentimes, these are symptoms of the root problem, which is soul loss, or traumatic experiences that have not been fully processed. So do you mean, so when you say, so lost, so when we're born, let's start at the beginning we're born, we kind of were born our soul and a lot of our coding and we were like, we're born with a ton of knowledge and information. And then our we're losing pieces of our bits and pieces of our soul throughout our life, in our experience, through those traumatic experiences, or just the way that we're brought up and our how our belief systems are formed. And then so that's what you mean by losing pieces ever. So why why does that happen? As you said, it's a protection mechanism. Yeah, it's a protection mechanism. Why does someone disassociate, right? That same thing, different words, right? When someone is in a traumatic experience, our nervous system goes into fight flight, freeze, fawn, or disassociate. So if you can't fight it, say your child and you can't fight the adult who is being authoritative over you, or who's abusing you, and you can't, you can't freeze because you it's happening, you can't stop it, whatever the thing is, right? And and you and you can't appease, you begin to disassociate or so for example, you're a very outspoken child, and in the household that you're raised in your parents believe that children should be seen not heard, that children are property of their parents. And so therefore, you don't get to voice your opinion. So over time, or in a big event, so something can happen so big that you just do never speak your truth, like the same way you did before. Or over time, your silence again and again, and again, and again, and again, that you begin to lose your voice. And that aspects of you that free thinker, that that expressive, creative, artistic side of you get shut down, and that can be a soul loss, right? So then later on in life, someone can come to me and be like, I just, I can't be creative. Like, I feel like I can enjoy life, I get into relationships, and I don't feel anything or those can be the same type of symptoms, or I have depression, I have anxiety, I can't sleep, etc, all the different symptoms that come up after doing a soul retrieval, which will explain how, how I would do that and all that in a second. But after experiencing a soul retrieval, as they integrate that aspect, everybody gets homework, to start to reintegrate that aspect of themselves or to come back to themselves to, to break away from the disassociation and be present and in the moment and have access to their creative side again, have a have a passion for life, again, be able to really enjoy and feel emotions fully. Again, that could be kind of like a before and after of those types of things. But clinically, it's, you know, after a while, we just stop that behavior, we no longer act as we naturally would if we didn't have modifications or a traumatic event happened in our life that made us stop being that version of ourselves. I totally, I relate to this really, really hard and it's actually a must having all kinds of just moments where obviously it's I'm very open about my sexual assaults, but I was thinking to it my entire life. Intimacy has been something that is very difficult for me. intimacy in terms of not having sex piece, not the sexuality piece of it. But really that that letting myself go to be vulnerably held and seen by someone because I have such a strong trauma response of growing up of the Don't rock Don't rock the boat, like, please everyone that's around you, and just don't speak up. And so therefore that what that did to me was, that kind of just made me a people pleaser. And, and that kind of just made me this person that was more interested in anyone else's feelings and, and thoughts around a relationship and not my own. And so what I look at this specifically as I will have the sexual assault coming up on a year in March, which blows my mind, time flies, and also takes a really long time. And so what I was thinking about is I have, I've always lost my sense of Satan that always, but from a very early age, didn't have that sense of safety. And one of my biggest fears in life is a sexual assault, like for some reason that was always in my psyche, from a very young age that this is, I was a terrifying thing to me and then happened. And for me, it pushed all those feelings of intimacy, those those weird sexuality things further down. And it wasn't until I started really working with you and consuming a lot of your content just everywhere, that I started to realize that my sense of safety had been rocked, and that a lot of my power, this is going to get real out there, y'all. But a lot of my power lies in my womb, it lies in that, that root chakra at that base of that safety. And as I've been working to repair that, my sense of sexuality, and just really, all of it has completely changed, I am a completely different person, as it relates to that. Better sex for me equals more creativity equals more just feeling good about myself and all of these things. But if I didn't go and find that piece of me that I lost a long time ago, if I didn't push through all the really scary feelings and thoughts, I wouldn't be leaving the way that I am now. And I never want to go back ever. And so that's kind of what I think about when I think of Soul Retrieval is I wasn't I didn't know, that's what I was doing. I didn't I didn't have the words to say that. But now I have the word to say, I retrieved part of my soul. Mm hmm. Exactly. You took your power back, you gained an aspect of yourself back your sexuality, your creativity, by retrieving that aspect of yourself that didn't feel safe again. And how did you do that? You began croute one thing became aware that you didn't have that. And then you began to integrate it by taking the steps to create the safety for yourself. Yes, and, and, and to also because you can't be safe all the time, safety is an illusion, right? But you can begin to teach yourself that when things happen when I'm vulnerable, and it doesn't work out. I'm still okay, I can still take care of me, I still have support, etc. And that's part of the, of the reintegration of those aspects of ourselves. That's, that's so cool. I mean, I think of it to just all these things. I know, it's so cliche to be like, Oh, it's because of childhood. But there really is, there's so much like development, and like sheer brain development and all this stuff that happens, those first seven years of life. So so much is solidified. But you know, I also look back and I think of, I have to really, I have to really stop myself sometimes because I had this feeling of being too much like too outspoken to pass. I'm a very passionate person. I'm a very sharing person, especially now that I found this, like, just different sense of me, where I now realize that people don't actually have to have gone through the exact same thing as me to create a space that I can still feel held in or, like just they're sitting with me in it. And so now I want to talk about these things. But these feelings of feeling like too much or I'm a burden if I asked for my needs. These are all pieces of my soul I lost a long time ago as a protection mechanism to keep me safe in a traumatic household. Mm hmm. And then and then the work is every time that aspect of your soul is like we're being too much. You be like No, I'm never too much speak up. Louder. But you know, it's feeding that aspect of yourself. I actually, I know this, I when things like that happened to me, or I'm talking myself out of it. Like I'm trying like, I will like sometimes you if you ever see me, I will be audibly talking myself down on the situation. But then, you know, I've told myself before this, I totally lost my train of thought guys. I hold on. I'm working on my gendered words. I I totally lost my train of thought y'all say something Lauren. So and come back to me. Well, I think you know, what you're speaking of is is what we all go through right of sometimes we have to audibly talk to ourselves to to stop those patterns to stop those neurological ways of being like, oh, you know, I have a client who, she just broke this, and I'm so happy. But she used to talk shit to herself all the time, or like, tell herself that she was stupid, tell herself that she was too much or tell herself to calm down. And every time she would do that, I'd be like, stop it. Stop right now. And I would say, Nate, name, that inner bitch name that inner bitch that I told her to name it I call her Jezebel. She's a real beyotch. But it's me, you know, all these symptoms, all these things are trying to get us to pay attention to them. Yeah, yeah, I mean, there is our emotions, our emotions, and our physical sensations are. It's it's our body, its spirit, trying to communicate to us. It's, we we've become so conditioned these days to just be out of touch with our bodies and our feelings and our thoughts, that we don't realize that it truly is a guidance system. And we, it could be as simple as you walk into a situation, does it feel good? Or does it not feel good? There's your answer really can be and it really is that simple. But we've just been conditioned over time to not think it to be that simple. And most of us don't even trust ourselves enough to be able to do that. I mean, I know that I would have trouble with that I'm working on trusting myself and my decision making skills, but that would be difficult to just completely relinquish control. Right. Right. And that's why you know, there's different ways there's different techniques, some people can do that. And some people you know, it's a little bit a different journey. And that's okay. A lot of people what people don't understand is sometimes just through healing through somatic work through mirror work through breathing through journaling, your create your calming the nervous system, and you creating a safe space, by doing your own kind of personal development and self healing, that the soul naturally comes back or that aspect of you naturally comes back because you healed it. But then there's other times where we have to consciously go get it. You know, yeah. Well, the last thing that I'll say about this one, because I want to get into kind of the journey and like the other the other stuff that you were talking about the but what you said earlier about, sometimes we just when we talk to ourselves, we can calm our thoughts down in our emotions and our our central nervous system. That's just another way to illustrate that physical, the talking, the physical piece of that our physical body is talking to our thoughts and our emotions, like we are literally weaving all the four different bodies together. And that's what we mean by having that finding that harmony within all four of them, because they really do play interchangeably with one another. So, so talk to me a little bit about how we do this, like, how the heck do we even retrieve it? Besides with you? Yes, yes. So one of the ways like I said, is doing self healing practices, learning how to somatically heal your body, what is somatic means It means feeling the sensations, working with body work, getting present in your body, and feeling whatever it is that you need to feel fully, so that your nervous system is able to let it go. So that doesn't happen through breath, work. breath work is a wonderful tool to start. That can, where you can have spontaneous soul retrieval, or where you start to heal yourself. Because breath is the most powerful tool that we have, it's the only thing that you have from the moment you are in this world to the moment you die, that's the only thing that you have, that is always always with you. So when you control your breath, you can handle any situation because your emotions, if you're not aware of it, change your breath, your breathing changes, when you get excited, your breathing changes when you become afraid your breathing changes. And all of these different places and our breathing controls our nervous system, it is the gas and brake system to our nervous system. So by practicing breath work, you're going to start calming the nervous system down and shifting yourself manually out of that fight flight freeze or disassociated space. And sometimes that comes with somatic responses, right? Spontaneous crying as you're doing this thing, or what they call Ted tetanus scene or, but it's where your hands cramp up like this. And that's happened to me before I never knew that was a name, that's a thing and it's the energy of building up and then being released. And these are things that you've trauma or times where you have you have tensed up to to brace or to fight or to flee. And you didn't because you were sitting in class or you were in the car, or you know it was you are in a meeting and you're not supposed to freak out at somebody so that when we do the breathwork we're starting to tell our nervous system you're safe. We don't need to fight we don't need to fly. We don't need to freeze we don't need to Please anyone, you are safe, exactly how you are with your emotions and your thoughts and your feelings. It's all fine. And, and so that is released sometimes through the release of crying or shaking or laughter yawning hiccups, like all different kinds of things the body does to release it. And then, so that's just one right? journaling. Yeah. Well, and I love before you jump into journaling, too, and just all the other ways, but I think too, it's interesting to point out when you said when we tense up to like, even and I've had this happen to me in meditation before, where I just sometimes I lay, I lie down while I'm meditating. And I feel myself just like this. And I know something's happening there. And so one of the things that I was taught along the way was breathe into that tension. Like, where do you feel that tension? Well, I curl up like this, and it's a you guys can't see or y'all can't see me. And so I'm kind of curling up right now. It's almost like going back into that fetal position is what happens to me. And so I find the core focus of where I'm fighting, feeling that tension. A lot of times for me, it's in my, it's in my stomach. That's where I hold a lot of attention. And I will breathe into it like I will, I will physically stop myself and see myself breathing into my stomach area. And is it because is it your so as or is it your gut? It would be so right below my ribs? Like right in my stomach area? That's so yeah. And so that's where I hold a lot. So my was that sacral sacral. Chakra. Plexus are you talking about right here? Yep. Yep, right there. That's your I Am center. That's your power center. Oh, wow. Well, tell me more of that. Tell her tell us more about that. This isn't just about me. Yeah, this is gonna be this is gonna have to be like a two part. I know, write this down, then it's a good stuff. Um, but yeah. So as you're doing breath work, or even as you're doing meditation, you can sense where the body is holding these things. And these can all you know, they're all interconnected. They're all interwoven. So yeah, that's well, and also, that was something too, I had learned. So I learned ways to heal my root chakra to feel that safety and to just feel that power, again, through sexuality. And that was one of the things too, is one of the most, one of the best ways to really practice mindfulness and staying in the moment is sexuality. It's sex, it's, it's, it's whatever that might look like for you. Because it's really easy for your mind to wander. It's really easy for your brain to go all these different places. But it's also very easy in that moment, because something feels good that you're able to then put your your mind back on what's feeling good. And so that's another thing is like, breathe into it, breathe into it. And so, talk to us talk a little bit about journeying. Let's talk a little bit about kind of how what else there is. So journeying is a technique that we practice in my lineage of shamanism, and it's a way it is a method or tool to move our consciousness into an altered state so that we can retrieve information. Or we can retrieve a soul part or we can retrieve whatever it is that we need to retrieve. So journeying is like I said, it's a tool. It's a method, it needs to be taught to do a journey, right? Because there are specific steps. But I teach people how to journey and I have journeyed for many, many years, I've taught for almost four years people had a journey, just through and it seems like it's a guided meditation when someone's taking you on a shamanic journey. But what it does is it's it's, it's moving people's brainwaves into theta waves, which helps you move your awareness into those subconscious unconscious and those other kind of alternate realities, or alternate universes or places where we can access kind of universal truths. Yeah, well, and I think again, this is if you've never heard this before, this sounds a bit out there. I know that because I've been where you are before. And I'm sure Lauren to like when you first when you first heard these concepts, you're like you are, you're batshit crazy. I've never done this. And then it's just so funny what happens when you open your mind but I think it's really interesting. One of my favorites that I have been journeying before I had met Lauren through another shaman and are with another shaman and what I find fascinating is just the power of when you return and when you're like fully awake in your in this moment and you're back in your reality that the sense that it get that you feel like there's nothing I can't even explain just the feeling. One of my favorite things when I journey is I evaporate. Like it's this it's almost like this. I am in my moment for Even a journey we'll talk about this later but into the, to the lower world. It's always this big, beautiful wheat field. And now I've also learned that I don't, I am remembering my imagination. And because I had to grow up so quickly as as a child play and, and that that imagination piece just wasn't there. And so now it's just so amazing how much I've opened up. And I would literally feel myself rise out of my body in this gigantic wheat field and just evaporate into all these tiny droplets, and then come back together. And it is this just healing feeling. Yeah, and everybody experienced that differently. And it's funny because like, especially my beginner students are like, I feel like I'm just imagining this. I feel like I'm just imagining this, and I tell them, that's fine. Like, and especially people who are, um, what's the word where they're little? They need to get a little bit more proof. They're not really you're cynical. Yes, yes. Yes. That's great, too. That's totally fine. Because I mean, yeah. And that's, and that's wonderful. Because what I like is, you can question it totally, that's absolutely fine. let that happen. Think that you're imagining it, just see what happens. See what you get. Because the point is to get information that helps you in this life, or that you actually have results from so just allowing yourself to open your mind to the experience to see what comes up for you to be open to whatever kind of comes in, and then allowing yourself to see over the next coming days or weeks, do you feel any different? Has anything come up for you that is in synchronicity are in alignment with what's what you experienced, or what you were told on the journey. A lot of times when people go on journeys, or when I take people on journeys, they see signs or symbols, there's not a lot of words, but they get feelings, or they have inner knowing, or they have some form of an experience that really speaks to them. A lot of time after the journey, people are like, I can't believe I have that experience. And I'm even like, But wait, there's more. Right? It's really coming days and weeks of being like, Well, do you actually feel different? You actually have a different awareness now? Are you noticing things that are in alignment? I think that's absolutely 100%. So spot on and beautiful. Because when we when we start doing this, when we start journeying and we start I that was me to a tee like I am such a cynic, I am such a showman The facts are the facts. And I've always believed, but in God, I always believe that there have to be a higher level of truth out there. But just that again, that's cynical piece of me like I was never able to figure that out. So tell me, where do you think where could people turn to to learn a little bit more about how to journey I think you have some free resources, if I'm I think so not for not resources yet free for the journey, because it is a technique that needs to be like really understood to do. So I do offer classes where people can take classes, but you can also it's like a guided meditation. So I don't want to be like a gatekeeper here, right? It's important that you understand how to do it. But you do need to understand that there's not just one way to do it. So if they want to do a journey, they can always book a one on one session with me or another shaman who offers journey work. Or they can learn how to do other things to move their state of consciousness or to move themselves into an altered state of consciousness, so that they can go on their own journey of sorts, but for my specific way, or like how my lineage does it, they would work with me or a shaman, one on one, to learn how to do it, which could take one to three sessions, just depending on the person. But there are many different ways to go on a journey. It's just moving yourself into an altered state of consciousness and kind of knowing what you need to do to find whatever it is that you're looking for which the biggest part is just having an intention, knowing what you're looking for what you're trying to work on. And then kind of taking the next steps. Yeah, well as we as we as we wrap up here, because a lot of the stuff that we're talking about today is just so it's out there. It's It's crunchy, it's heavy. For me, I'm all the things I'm all of the levels of cynic that you can figure out and I still am but that's who I am. And I think that we all need to have a dose of that cynicism, because the moment your cynicism turns into faith and truth. It is. It's unbelievable like you without a doubt believe. But we have to have that level of doubt in order to get to that point. And so I guess in terms of next steps, like what can someone do if they heard this and they're ready to begin that, but they don't necessarily want to fully jump into. They don't want to fully jump into this, we need baby steps. And one of the things that I, I want to ask that question for you, but my thought goes to is just start meditating that out of my head, practice, find some guided journeys on YouTube, there are a ton of so good. And I even have some pre recorded guided meditations that I would be happy we can put on Yes, yes, you have access to Yeah, just start going on guided journeys, or excuse me, start going on guided, meditating at all period. And that's definitely going to start helping and beginning the process of, of getting you into that space. Okay, listener. So your homework, whether you choose to do it or not, is all about we want you to meditate, we want you to literally start off with a minute, start off with three minutes or five minutes, you're not going to be you're not going to be this powerhouse meditator that will move for 12 hours, I have not even accomplished that. So, just meditate. Just sit with your thoughts and feelings for a little bit. And feel them feel them exactly as they are. Do not judge them. Just feel them. And then afterwards, right, just just right and see what comes out. And that's your first step. And then if you want to take it and you want to get like you want to be an overachiever, go on YouTube, search up shamanic journeys, and we'll link some awesome meditations that Lauren has done. And until next time, listeners We're so glad you were here. And we will talk soon. Bye guys. Love you. Bye
